CLINICAL LABORATORY

YADC has the most sophisticated laboratories in the Middle East region which are capable of handling heavy loads of samples with utmost accuracy and efficacy. Special diagnostic tests are available in our labs besides the routine tests. All the labs are fully automated managed by highly skilled and efficient technicians. We detect and verify abnormal results and confirm the presence of disease states. We have perfection in proper handling and preparation of the biological samples. Manual and automated test procedures are carried out which are discipline specific. All the test and profiles are evaluated and interpreted with the laboratory standardized reference ranges which are reliable. We operate and maintain sophisticated computerized laboratory equipment as well as diagnostic equipment using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). All the tests in the labs are quality controlled with the labs operating in a disciplined and sterile ambience

The centre also offers therapeutic facilities for patients of thyrotoxicosis.

RADIO DIAGNOSTICS

Yiaco Adan Diagnostic Centre is proud to have a fully Digital and Computerized Department of Radiology and Imaging. It is equipped with the latest, state of the art machines providing world class images. The centre is fully integrated with PACS and RIS, putting it at par with the best and most advanced in the world. The services offered are:

General radiography Fluoroscopy Doppler Scan

Ultrasound Computed Tomography (CT) Scan Bone Densitometry

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Scan Angiography

The modalities are conveniently located on the ground floor of the centre. All necessary facilities for patient care and comfort are available. The centre has highly trained technologists and doctors, to offer prompt services and accurate results. The staff is licensed by Ministry of Health, to work in the centre. Quality on Imaging is the hallmark of the department. We are committed to provide world class Radiology and Imaging services to the patients.

NUCLEAR MEDICINE

Yiaco Adan Diagnostic Centre has a big, fully equipped Nuclear Medicine Department. It is equipped with two digital DUAL HEAD GAMMA CAMERAS. These machines are the latest and comparable to the best in the world. It is also equipped with a Cardiac Stress Test Lab, Hematology Lab and Thyroid Clinic. In Nuclear Medicine, the source of radiation is an injected radiopharmaceutical, which is captured by Gamma Camera followed by Image Generation. Nuclear Medicine is able to provide answers to many complex disorders affecting the body. The centre offers a host of diagnostic nuclear medicine tests, prominent among which are:

Bone Scan Renal Scan with GFR Evaluation Myocardial Perfusion Scan
